I have lived here for 5 years and my first 4 years were kinda crappy. Work orders were not getting done, it would take 5 days or more for a simple work order and at least7 days for a leak. grounds used tolooklike crapp garbage all over the hallways looked like old farm house.
In the past year the staff has changed for the better. New property manager,new maint.superviser and new leasing staff. I have put in 5 work orders and OMG they all done the next day.Than I had and extra work order and the part had to be ordered so this was goin to take a week to get in so, I recieved a phone call from the maint. supervisor him self explaining the situation , now that is customer service. I have lived here for 5 years and not once have had a phone call till today. I have recenly renewed my lease and was offered a light up grade how nice is that,I excepted. Again I lived here for 5 years and I was ever offered anything!


I will stay now that the staff has changed for the better
