Good thing I didn't find this website before moving in (1/1/09). Guess management has fixed personnel and other problems. All staff have been friendly, helpful and courteous. All repair orders processed promptly. Grounds and building well maintained. Do not hear ANY noise from neighbors other than running water. Building is very quiet (except for the trains)! Apparently MY neighbors do not have a "vocal lifestyle" (is that a euphemism for yelling') nor (noisy) teens nor parties (weekend or otherwise)... and for this I am very grateful!!! I am a quiet person and enjoy the peace and quiet in my building (but I do love the trains... noise and all)! Also, every neighbor has been friendly (although I wish they would return the grocery carts to the garage more promptly) and I feel very safe... the building doors are kept locked at all times and I have never felt threatened outside at night. This place has SO much more than my prior apt: love the heated garage space (60 degrees in mid winter) and the car wash and the huge closets and the bathroom built-in cabinet and the balcony and the washer/dryer in my apt.

No, I am a real tenant... but I moved in from a complex that was awful... and my roommate and I LOVE this place. OK, so the neighbor upstairs dumped rainwater through the floor of his deck... onto ours... but I hollered at him and he apologized... so he wasn't thinking... duh... And some birds made a nest and dropped their doo-doo on our deck... but we didn't chase them away 'cuz we liked the little bity babies... Too bad the water didn't wash away the bird mess... But these are the only negatives since we moved in 8.5 months ago... everything else is grrrrrreat!

You must work for the apartment...I live there, and you make it sound a lot more sweet than it is.
