I have only lived here for a few month and it has been the worst apartment experience I have had in 20 years of apartment living. The management is horrible, they don't care about you at all. It would be to hard to tell you all of the problems I have had here, i think it would be easier to tell you the problem I haven't had. Keep looking, you don't want to end up feeling the way I do, I am trying anyway I can to get away from the Garden Grove Apartments.

I agree. Luckily, my lease is coming to an end. I have moved a lot; therefore, I've lived in several different apartments. This one is the worst thus far. The walls don't provide much for a sound barrier. However, I do believe the office staff is the worst. Katie does not act in a very professional manner and doesn't leave her office to review the property. When there are memo's to be delivered or other things to be done she puts the work on her caretaker. When you call for a maintenance request the work doesn't get done until a week later. The are continually raising the rent of these apartments but fail to make many improvements. When they sent my termination letter I was informed the rent is being raised to 775 for a 1 bedroom. YOu can find a much better place for this price. These apartments are NOT worth the money.
