I live at MSV for a full year and it is not worth the money!! For that kind of money there should not be screaming children running up and down the hall, a/c that doesn't work half the summer or irresponsible management. If you are up for drunk teenagers in the hot tub at all hours of the night and dog feces in the hallways and grass than you will love it here. If not, don't waste your money on something that appears great at first but will let you down.
