Our first apartment flooded three times. After the third time they got us a new apartment. They paid for the movers, smelly guys who had to leave before everything was moved but not before they broke our dining room table.

The first security person would yell at the decent folks for not moving their car exactly every 72 hours, but would ignore people fighting or blasting their stereos. She left after being threatened by a tenant. After that there was a different security person every other month.

The indoor pool was often closed because the area had been vandalized. The outdoor pool is very small and was often crowded.

This place may be "cheap" but it is not worth giving up your dignity. Avoid Polynesian Village at all costs.
