Not recommended at all if you don't like Northside Minneapolis

I moved out of North Minneapolis to these apartments in the winter time. "It" was really nice but once spring rolled around, it's just like the north side. There's garbage everywhere, loud music from other apartments in the building, cars speed by like jerks, all of it from the ghetto. Neighbors here have no respect for one another.
The doors are suppose to be locked after 7pm but are always propped open and the locks jammed. Security rarely comes around too.
My rent went up $33 after the first year - which is a lot considering I've never missed or had a late payment. I stayed for the another year because of cheap rent but it's not so cheap anymore.
The hall way smell like crap, cigarette smoke and garbage because garbage get dragged out, you can sell the trails coming out of apartments. Polynesian is smoke free but no one is enforcing it.
Parking is a pain. On the weekends, the parking lot is packed with non resident cars at night like around midnight but is cleared by morning.
This place was a big regret. I will move out after this lease. If you are moving out of the north side or to get somewhere nice, this is not a place for you. I rather pay the high price for somewhere nice.
