We have been looking at various apartment buildings and l have to say that the ladies working at the Polynesian Village were the rudest, lack of Cuctomer Service Skills. At the end of the day we felt like we were the ones working to get the apartment, we were the ones checking them on the application process because Oooopps, the either forgot or Oooopps let me double check with my supervisor and my bad l do not even know what l was looking at.All these was before we even signed the lease, we are left wondering what is going to happen to once we are tenants. Am not saying go far and beyond but there has got to be a reason why you are better than the rest, there has got to be a reason why we should be your tenants and not the other places but nope this place apparently does not need tenants that bad.Am very disappointed because they have actually proven everything that has been said about them on here True.
