One positive is that is it quiet. At least my apt is. The third floors hav fireplaces, and sky lights. What I don't like, is coming home and not being able to find a parking spot. Having thugs smoking weed in the parking lot. As far as maintance, i have never had anything that needed to be repaired, so I can't comment on that. They will give plenty of notice if they are doing an inspection or entering your apartment. This is my second year here, and hopefully my last.
