I really didn't have a too bad experience here, they dealt with maintenance requests pretty good. The breaking point for me was when someone downstairs from me stole my car!!! The parking was horrific though, it was very rare that you could find a spot. Sometimes even in the middle of the day, and plowing in the winter sucked!! They tried for a minute, and than would just stop and wait for it to melt away. Which than brought a parking lot full of ice.
