I would never have moved in here if I actually knew what happens on a daily basis. I have exited the building before with my young daughter only to find 7 police cars and then police men hiding behind their doors with their guns drawn pointing at the enterance door. We kept on walking to get out of the way. There was no warning by management or police of what was going on outside. Children as young as 3 years old run up and down the hallways at 2am and continue to hang out in the lobby without any parents in sight.

Management has not been concerned with parents letting their toddler child go into the pool naked or with a regualar soiled diaper, even though all issues were brought to the management's attention.

The playground area is known to have glass in it and the pool's surface on the bottom is so rough, many guests and residents have cut their feet. Management was told several times and still no warning was posted.

The garages get broken into, therefore, cars in there get smashed. Management still refuses to install security cameras, even though the property is troubled.
