I currently am a residence and have lived here for about a year. I know that the new property manager has been trying to clean up things aroundwhich is nice. Yesterday we discovered that someone stole my daughter's bike out of the garage and the thief rambled through my car as well. I called 763-536-9004 to speak to the property manager today regarding this matter and I ask for Erica and a woman answers and says, "Please don't call here for her again," and hung up in my face. I called back a couple of times to let whoever stated that to me know that that was very rude and I am a tenant and had a complaint but they never answered do I left a message. I'm not sure who it was that answered the phone but that is a business and you should never answer a phone in this manner. TLH
