I read the other reviews and I thought, they are reading my mind! VERY rude staff. Unprofessional, when you could get one in the office and not on the back steps smoking, one even swore and hung up on me! They did nothing about my complaints, but were quick to complain about rules being broken by only certain tenants. Rudely enforced their rules on me when the same rules were clearly being broken by others. The women from the office broke half of their own rules regularly(smoked cigarettes in vestibules for one) and that is why nothing was ever done. Complaints on me seemed to come in only after I had made a complaint. The complaints on me from the apartment below me...their maintenance mans!! I transferred apartments, left the first one spotless. Moved into the new one and it was filthy(tub disgusting), had to clean it all myself, it hadn't been painted, and I had no refridgerator for 4 days! I was also tripping over the plumber doing work while I was moving in. They had a month and a half to take care of all this before I transferred. I smelled marijuana in the halls(drug free building, yea right!), and upon complaining was met with rudeness. The smell was coming from one particular apartment...their caretakers!!(who is related to office staff!) Needless to say nothing has been done as of yet... I am currently regretting signing my lease and battling with management. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!
