As the manager of Cedric's Landing Apartments, I wanted to take time to give my opinion about this beautiful property.

I definately recommend Cedric's to anyone who is looking for a new spacious apartment with plenty of amenities. Below, I have given a detailed look at our building and our amenities. Read this section if you are interested in knowing more.

Cedric's Landing Apartments

Cedric's Landing open it's first building in 2002 and we opened a new building in 2004. We are situated close to 694 with easy access to both Minneapolis and St. Paul and there are many areas close by for shopping and entertainment.

We have a large number of different floor plans including Studio, 1 BR, 1 Den, 2BR, and 2 Den. I believe we have a floor plan that could suit anyone's needs. And don't forget that underground parking or exterior garage is included with each apartment!

Our amenities include: Outdoor pool; two four-season spas; 2 Fitness centers with state of the art equipment; 2 Business centers with fax machines, new computers and color printers; a mini-theatre with wide screen, surround sound, and stadium seating; and two community rooms complete with full kitchens and wide screen televisons. The majority of our amenities are open 24 hours a day for our resident's use, and with a 12 month lease you will receive 1 free rental of our community rooms or theatre.

Our leasing and management office is open until 7:00pm Monday through Thursday, 5:00pm Friday and Saturday, and We have staff available 24 hours a dav for emergencies.

You should do something about the noise factor in these apartment buildings... I have lived here almost a year now and I can tell you I am not renewing my lease. Everything about the building and the things that come with it are amazing and the management staff is awesome but you don't pay more then a mortage to hear your neighbors every words through the walls. Go ahead call them, take a look you will be impressed but come move in day when you hear all the noise you'll be wishing you had looked else where!

I have to agree. I have lived here for over a year and am anxiously awaiting moving day! The noise is absolutely obsured. You can call the caretaker, as well as the management, but nothing will be done to stop the noise. As long as they are getting the rent money in their hands...they could care less about what goes on. Let your neighbors keep you up all day and night...listen in on their converstions if you'd like! Apparently the manager here encourages it! Oh and beware... your rent increases a hefty penny each year you think about renewing!!! Keep that in mind as you are drooling over all of their "wonderful" amenities...what appears great to the eye is usually and in this case...just icing over a boring and tastless cake. I would suggest looking elsewhere and putting the extra money you would have spent to live here at Cedrics in a savings fund! Seriously!!!!!
