My husband and I love living at Cedric's Landing! We have been here a year and would love to stay longer, but I am relocating out of state for work. I have enjoyed everything about living here! It took me so long to find an affordable deal with all the amenities that I wanted in the north/east side of the cities. We love our full size washer/dryer in our apartment, our spacious kitchen with new appliances, and huge floor plan! I have used the pool a few times and the fitness center several times a week. The underground garage is great in minnesota, plus there is a car wash area that is free. This is by far the best apartment I have lived in.
