I have been here for a month and so far not a very positive experience. They still don't have my entry code set up right so visitors can't call me to get into the building. They have to call me on their cell phone (if they have one) and I have to go down and let them in. Also the dishwasher flooded the kitchen this morning and I called them to report it 4 hrs ago and so far no one has been here. I should have just left the flood and let them repair the apt. Sure hope it gets better, I signed a 16 mo lease.

The repair man is usually pretty good about getting there fast, I'm surprised he wasn't there sooner. My washer broke and he was here to fix it within the hour. I am in the same situation as you with the door code though, I got my new phone number 2 weeks ago and call about every other day and nothing gets done, the response I get is that the person that normally does it has been off. You can't train more then one person to do this? Ahhhh!!! For the most part I am pretty happy with this place with the management and what not but I won't be renewing my lease because of all the noise! I think its horrible that you can hear your neighbors talking!
