I lived at Cedric's for just over a year and I was soooo happy to leave. While living there, my bike was stolen from the garage area along with a few others, my car was broken into a few times while parked in the garage, at one point the building was getting work done next to my balcony and much to my surprise, management gave the ok to the workers to go thru my apartment all day long while I was at work... and to top it off, they left the patio door wide open and my apartment door unlocked. My cat thankfully never left the balcony. The though of someone being in your apartment all day is disturbing.
While I lived there, the buisness center was broken into so it was empty for the rest of my lease because nothing was ever replaced. The work out room was OK, the "game" room was lame and the party room was fine. I used the pool a lot in the summer but only at selective times to avoid a lot of unattended children. The same goes for the Hot Tub. I did love though that it had a heated sidewalk to the Hot Tub in the winter.
THE NOISE! Oh my gosh... my neighbors above me went at it like rabits, the guy who I shared a livingroom wall with LOVED his adult movies and the kids on the other side of my bedroom wall NEVER WENT TO SLEEP! You can hear EVERYTHING! Wait, I haven't mentioned one other "perk" to living on the 1st floor... car alarms going off in the underground parking all night. LOVELY!
CURRY... seriously' Nasty is what it should be called. I wanted to throw up 5 out of 7 days a week.
The management staff was ok. I loved the office crew, but people are right. I never met the manager. She was NEVER in the office... thank goodness her staff knew how to cover for her. I did have a few issues for maintenance in my apartment for the most part, they did a pretty good job putting a bandaid on it. I don't think anything was ever really fixed.
As far as the location, pick your view! Would you like to look at the parking lot with the freway in the distance or maybe face the LOUD pool area overlooking a trailer park''' Oh the choices! WHAT TO DO'''
I'll tell ya what to do, buy a house!

As the manager of Cedric's Landing for over 5 years, I feel sad when someone chooses to spend their time defaming the property. We take pride in making sure our residents have the opportunity to enjoy thier time here. If a resident notified us of even one of the issues mentioned above, we would do our best to resolve the situation and make sure they felt good about it. I would encourage everyone checking out this site, to take every opinion (even mine) with a grain of salt. The last paragraph of this entry really makes me question the reality of this person having lived here. As anyone who has visited or lived here knows, our pool and spas overlook wetlands and a former golf course, it is all trees and grasses, not a "trailer park". It is really beautiful and any of our residents would agree with that. Please take a look at our website www.cedricslanding.com or call us at 651-251-0492. Sincerely, Shannon Thompson, Community Manager, Cedric's Landing Apartments.
