We've lived here a little over a year, and are definitely ready to move out. While the property has nice amenities, it doesn't make up for the paper thin walls, and mold that grows on all the windows in the unit. There were several instances where management only gave a 12 hour notice to enter our unit, when it s supposed to be at least 24 hours notice. Some of the management staff where very friendly, while other staff members were very snooty. WARNING!!! If moving into these properties DO NOT USE MULTIBAND as your cable provider!!! Major issues with their Direct TV service; the equipment that multiband uses are not efficient enough to accommodate all the units. The whole building almost missed the Vikings/Eagles playoff game. Key words Community Living . They ultimately control your heat and air in the transition of seasons. You could be burning up in the fall, and they ve already shut off the air. Don t get me wrong there are very nice amenities, but if you don t use them, then you re paying on them for nothing. Oh yeah, if your not used to the sound of the freeway at night, as well as the plowing of a parking lot, make sure you get a unit on the backside of the buildings!!!

The paper thin walls is the only thing I agree with. The management was really great and even after I have been moved out of the complex for a year and a half I have had to call and get things from them and they are so helpfull! Multiband was never an issue for me, I would take them over comcast anyday which is what I have now, multiband had a way better deal at the time. You do share their service with the community though so unless your looking for super high speed internet for gaming you can't even really tell your sharing. I had way more problems with my dish when we first moved in. I never had any issues with the heating or cooling. I do remember being hot a few times in the transition from spring to summer before the air was turned on but that was simply fixed by turning on the fan. I hope this helps... It is really a great building I would rent there again if the noise factor was gone.
