Thin walls and Mold does grow in the windows. I lived there for 13 months and I was ready to leave about month 6.

I'm so bummed that this person had such a bad experience. As with all apartments like ours, it is not sound proof. We do our best to curb noise issues by addressing them immediately when they come up and I am happy to say we have few complaints. The mold in the windows is a new one. Our windows are extremely energy efficient and if there was moisture in the window, it should have been reported to us as this is not normal. Bottom line, we could have fixed it!! We take every maintenance issue very seriously and our fantastic maintenance engineer, Joe, does an awesome job. Advice for all renters, if you are thinking of moving to Cedric's or not, make sure to complain when you have an issue! We WANT to fix the problem. It's our job. It's much better to get the item fixed then live with it the whole time you are renting.
