I currently live at Cedric's Landing. I think its a pretty nice place to live, however, we are starting to look at another place to live. My fiance first leased here over two years ago and then I moved in over a year ago. They are very friendly and mostly helpful in the office. Whenever we would have a maintenance problem someone was over to fix it with in 24 hrs or sooner. The amenities are nice with year round hot tubs (however, the gate was broken at the one for over 4months so I don't know for sure if it is year round) and a pool. The entertainment room and the billards are nice and the business center is decent. The main problem a resident would encounter here is the noise control issues. I don't agree that the walls are paper thin as I lived there personally for a year without any problems. The problem is that you may encounter noisy neighbors. The management doesn't seem to care to do anything about these noisy people; Myself, my fiance, and several different neighbors went in on different occasions to talk to them about a certain resident and were told that management would talk to them about it. Even asked management how noise control worked at Cedric's. Was given a rough explanation that sounded like three strikes your out. ***please note: We have had our noise problem resolved. The best advice I can give do call right away about the issues and report them and note who you talked to. The staff does keep notes of when you call. If you don't feel like your issue is being resolved talk to either the assistant manager or the head manager. After doing that our issue was resolved and it was done quite timely.***
