Great place to live with a management staff that cares - I wanted to say how pleased I was with Cedrics Landing. Good - Minnehaha Manor is overall a nice place. We have never heard our neighbors - only time was today in the hallway. And we've been living here since August. Great Place to live I've lived here for a year and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. The staff is friendly and repairs are done in a timely fashion (in fact, my air conditioner broke down and it was replaced with a new one less than 24 hours after I called it in).

I lived in Minnehaha Manor for almost a year. I never had any problems. The building had respectful, quiet neighbors and management was always polite and helpful. Any maintence issues were handled promptly. When we left I only had 20$ taken out of my deposit. I recently moved to Silver Ridge

This place sucks I hate saying mean things, but this place is horrible. I haven't lived here to long, but I know I won't renew my lease. You pay A LOT of money for nothing! We have broken workout stuff, a party room they charge you to use and a business center that has nothing in it.
