HOT WATER PROBLEMS!!

If you like hot water don't live here. When we first moved everything was fine. The last 9 months or so we have had problems getting hot water in our apartment. The water will start out luke warm and continue to get colder. It is bearable to take a shower like this but very unpleasant. I have contacted management numerous times but this never gets fixed.
