My apartment wasn't painted when I moved in, tiled floors were filthy. I was not allowed to view apartment before renting, I was shown a newly remodeled vacant unit. Previous patch work on walls sloppy and unsightly. Swimming pool has slimy substance on the bottom. Heat stopped working, maintenace came the same day, took radiators apart but did not put back together. Also, left sopping wet rag on my carpet. I haven't rented in a long time but this is the worst kept building I have ever lived in.
