If you need quiet, just say no to this place

I wouldn't recommend this apt complex to anybody that has a job that requires sleep. I was told this is a very quiet community when I moved in & that's true during the day. However at night when people are home & management is gone it's a crap shoot. I had an upstairs neighbor that turned into a jerk & jumped up & down on the floor & picked up his furniture & dropped it to make my light fixtures rattle. I went to mgmt w/this issue & proof in the form of video tapes of what was going on. I was told the person was moving soon & they didn't want to confront him because it might make the situation worse....what??? Since when is that acceptable. Now I have a wonderful neighbor downstairs that moved in with a drum set...doesn't this sound like fun, yup played the other night til after midnight. Might be a Friday for some people but others have to work on the weekend. Again, no response from mgmt about the complaint.
