Thank you for reminding me about the hot water problems.

What I get tired of here is the notices they put up to "keep us posted". Either we have hot water or we don't. You wouldn't go 1 day without hot water in your house so why would you make your tenants go without for 3 days'

Another issue is this goddamn elevator. Rather than having it fixed in 2-3 days, we have to come home every day to read about the latest excuses. It's going on 4 weeks now that it has been out of service.

Overall, any issue takes weeks to resolve. We had a leaking dishwasher and it took them a month to even come in and look at it.

Two weeks for a burnt out florescent kitchen fixture.

I'm getting out.
