I've been at Basswood Trails since March of 2008 and have really enjoyed living here. One fact that remains is that it sure goes through management. I can't count how many times it's changed hands since I've been here. We've had mostly good managers and a few bad ones. Good ones now. In the past maintenance has been difficult, but seems to be good now. The previous manager and this one seem to be working on improving the community with furniture, paint, bark around the trees, and new concrete for the entries. All my neighbors have been nice a few troubles with the downstairs neighbor with his video games and surround-sound, but been good lately. Otherwise very quiet, the balconies are huge and it's home for me. I hope to stay her a long time.
