Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
If you like:
- Rude managers
- Unresponsive managers
- Managers that lie
- Incompetent maintenance staff
- A property owner (The Shelard Group) that couldn't care less about tenants or condition of the building
- Poor heat (my apartment was often no warmer than 60 degrees in the winter)
- Lukewarm water most of the time (great for cold showers in a 60 degree apt)
- Rude neighbors (fighting, swearing, yelling,breaking beer bottles near the pool)
- A filthy garage
then this is the place for you.
