The Boiler line froze so they sawed a hole in my ceiling in my bed room. The next thing I hear is oh ---- and the maintenance man runs out of the appartment as water is pouring out my ceiling. Then he throws buckets of muddy water in my bath tub. This happened on a Friday and I was promised that it would be cleaned up, and the water would be too. I leave and when i get back home the carpet is torn up with an industrial fan blowing. The hole is not patched, there are huge water spots on my ceiling. When I touched the sheet rock it started falling down. I asked my landlord why i wasnt offered a hotel or a new unit. They said that the water clean up people said it was safe and that I can stay in a model appartment until mine is fixed, or that the will clean all my carpet for my trouble. I dont want to move all my stuff for a week, and they are being so cheap. So now I cant sleep in my Bedroom and it smell super musty. I would advise anyone thinking of moving here not to. I have lived in past appartments and never been treated so poorly.
