The office staff is very friendly until you sign a lease - then they are not friendly or helpful. (It appears that you are a bother after that.) The maintenance staff may show up to fix your problem, after you call them at least 3 times.
If they don't like you, you will not get your damage deposit back when you leave. (When I left, I cleaned the oven 3 times, and they still kept $40 of my deposit. Other people I know didn't clean at all and got all of their deposit returned.)
You will like living here if:
You like worms coming in through your patio door.
You like mice - both inside the unit and outside in your garage.
Ants - everywhere, any season of the year.
Noise - you can hear your neighbor's music
choices very well.
A leaky refrigerator - you will at least get new food at the grocery store when all of what you had in the fridge spoils. (However, you pay for the replacements.)
Drafty windows and doors.
Hard water that coats all of your glassware.
