I really don't understand why so many are complaining about this place. I really like it here. The staff is friendly and very punctual when it comes to maintenence. I broke the faucet handle in my shower one evening and they were there first thing the next morning to repair it. The rent is good for the amount of space you get. I've always felt safe here, it is a nice community. It's quiet, but close enough to parks, grocery stores and freeways for comfort. I have to leave because my current roommate is buying a house, and I can't find a new roommate, but If I could, I would stay here. I love the area, I love that I can have a pet and a grill and a bird feeder and that I have a yard. I would stay here for a long time if I could.
