don't live here

we moved here as an interim place while selling our house. the inside of the homes are OLD and BEAT UP with about 18 layers of paint. We had a hole in the bathroom wall, ants(when we moved in in WINTER), the heat went out the first week, and on and on. Super old appliances and everything is cheap cheap cheap! faucets squeak when you turn them on and if the water is on upstairs it's SO LOUD you can't do anything that involves listening in the dining/living area. The dishwasher is a joke - we used it twice and have to hand wash since - they are from the 50s and the repair man refuses to replace it even after showing him my beyond cloudy dishes. we have a dog and this place was attractive because they say you can tie up the dog outside and have direct access to the patio/yard - only to move in and have them tell us that we cannot tie our dog up outside - you have to stand there with a leash or something. We cannot let our dog outside at all because the neighbor is afraid of dogs and mgt thinks it's our problem - why does he live in a pet friendly building then!' Plus, it's a 23lb dog - please! Mgt called us before we moved in to say they have a quieter more secluded home in a better location than what we looked at - if we wanted it - sure! Not what happened - they put us on NW Blvd - we have a 1yr old and a dog and had cars cruising by at 50mph all day. We couldn't have moved out faster. DON'T LIVE HERE. You can get a MUCH nicer regular apartment for less than this.
