I could go on for days about how wonderful I think this place and the management are. However, I will try to keep this short and reasonable. We moved in a few weeks ago. We came from a "Luxury Apartment" complex just to the North. That place, which shall remain nameless was awful. They cared about one thing, occupying units, that's it.

So upon moving into Bass Lake Hills we received a voicemail welcoming us to our new home and letting us know we should call the office if we had any issues. So when we had a issue with one of the appliances we picked up the phone. Not only was Nicole in the office, kind, professional and courteous but they resolved the issue right away. The neighbors have been great and even the contractors putting in the new sidewalk and doors will stop, smile and wave hello. Since when do you have maintenance workers in a retal property that take the time to acknowledge you and say something polite' Well, it happens here often. I feel like although we just moved approx 1 mile, we have relocated to another world.

I am stunned, astounded and amazed with our experience in our new home.
