Positives: washer/dryer in unit, floorplans, nice area, convenient, great maintenance team, clean hallways and good view of the trees. Negatives: floorboards are VERY creaky, the walls are paper thin, and the apartment doors slam constantly. It often feels as if your neighbors and people in the hallway are actually in your apartment. Also, rent has gone up recently and it's no longer the great value that it was.
