Since giving my notice, they have shown my apartment on three separate occasions. They make this a huge inconvenience by giving very short notice and demanding a 5 hour showing window each time. When I spoke with staff about this, they showed no concern that I needed more notice to get my apartment in showing condition-- I go to school full-time and work 2 jobs. I think this apartment complex is very priced for what you get and the management has poor service skills for those that live there and are on the way out. The way I see it, I pay a lot on rent to live here and would like some consideration on my schedule when it comes to showing my apartment and invading my privacy.

My husband and I also lived at Creekside for a year. We are currently in the process of moving out also, having bought our first home. We moved out a month before the end of our lease. There is a long cleaning list before checkout, so I had planned on cleaning gradually. The second time I went back to clean, I found lights on and dirt tracked over the apartment. The notice left on the floor said that someone had been in to check that everything was in working order 5 days before. I went to the office to complain about the lights being left on for so long. The girl in the office said that they were probably left on last night when they showed the place. Even so, it was obvious that no one was living there, so the staff showing it should have checked before locking up. There was also no notice left that they would be entering in the first place. I asked that I be notified by telephone next time they plan to enter since we are no longer there. Very sloppy for such a pricey apartment. They were very welcoming when we moved in, but not at all when we gave notice. Noise wasn't bad while living there, but they needed to come in every few months to do some kind of maintenance and gave notice around 9pm the nights before entering. I also like not having my privacy invaded. Too pricey for what you get, wouldn't recommend it again.
