My girlfriend and I have been living here for about 6 months now. The unit itself if very nice, great features, and well thought out layout. However we've been constantly disappointed by the management here. Maintenance request are laughable, unless water is leaking somewhere in your unit or the a/c/heat is broke, don't expect it to be fixed for weeks if not months on some occasions. Their failure to fix the doors in this place is the biggest thing. The door we use to access the dog area and cars was broken for months once, resulting in my disabled girlfriend having to walk well over 1/3 of mile to access our unit. The underground garage has been broken into numerous times since we've lived here as a result of this, sadly my car has been broken into as well. When we've complained about the lack of response, we were told that they were more concerned about getting units ready for new tenants then taking care of the people already living there. Insulation from noise outside of the building is pretty decent, however insulation between the units is poor. We hear the man above tromping around all day, however if we have our TV anything above a whisper we get noise complaints or the idiot above us banging hammers on our ceiling. For the 4 digit a month rent we pay here, we feel very poorly treated. Look elsewhere, and avoid stevens scott managment. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
