I have lived in many apartment buildings across the metro area, and have been very pleased with Creekside.
Sound: the walls are very well insulated. I can not hear anything next to me or below me. I can hear people in the hallways through the door sometimes.
Cleanliness: I see the halls and outdoor areas cleaned regularly. I rarely see garbage in places that it shouldn't be.
Location: great! everything is close.
Maintenance: Always done quickly and done right the first time.

My only complaint is that I wanted a second underground parking spot but they didn't have any open.
