First of all, the building is pretty nice. But they've had problems with crime - my car was broken into in 2007 - INSIDE the secure garage. Several other cars were also hit, on multiple occasions. They keep putting notices up telling everybody not to store valuables in their cars.

Secondly, the customer service sucks. If your rent isn't in by the second of the month, they charge you $50. Pretty steep.

They still haven't refunded our pet deposit ($250) since we moved out last month, even though I have the paperwork to back up our payment. They also rip you off when you move out, charging you for "miscellaneous cleaning" that I know wasn't necessary, since we left it in even better shape than when we moved in.

Nice building, but they take advantage of good tenants and the car stereo thefts are a problem. You can do better.
