Believe it or not, here is the 100% straight up review of creekside

They have nicely sized apartments with a respectable urban view. The grounds are well manicured, and personally I have had no problems from management or maintenance. Overall it seems very safe (never had any issues, but of course I'm a 260lb. ex-wrestler, so I've never had any issues....anywhere....)

The cons are it is exceedingly expensive for what you get ($1100/mo for a 1bedroom in the middle class suburbs a good drive away from the city' are you serious') and the walls are PAPER thin. Be prepared to hear dishwashers, dogs barking (apartment is ALL animals friendly, for better or worse...yes that includes reptiles, birds, exotic mammals and other non cat/dog/fish animals) washers/dryers running, televisions and yes of course SEX. Personally I love the sound of others doing it, its a major turn on, but unfortunately my girlfriend and I like to have loud sex, and everytime we even have the bed squeek, there is a pounding on the door. I don't even have to tell you what happens when she startsa screaming (almost got into a fist fight with the 140lb doctor next door.......probably wouldn't look good a big jock tearing apart a skinny nerd....)

In short, there are worse places but I would NOT, repeat NOT rent here again, nor would I recomend you rent here.

P.S. Ask Creekside how many people renew their lease....that is a good indicator of the quality of an apartment complex....here its under 10%....seriously, they told me that!
