I truly question whether those writing the poor reviews on this site had ever lived communally before moving to Creekside. When you live in an apartment building (read: close quarters with many, many other families) you are bound to hear occasional talking, an occasional loud television, bark (don't move into an apartment that allows pets if you don't want to see or occasionally hear pets!) garbage disposal, dishwasher, etc. It happens and should be expected when you're living in an apartment! If you don't want to hear or see other people then move into a single-family home somewhere out in the country.

I've lived in the metro area for eight years (I originally moved here for college). Over that time span I have moved many times and have lived in many apartment buildings all over the metro- from dinkytown to uptown Minneapolis to Maple Grove to Plymouth. Creekside is BY FAR the quietest building that I have ever lived in. It's triple insulated, it's brand new (built in 2001!), it's clean, and the residents as a whole are very respectful. Management is fabulous- they work hard to keep the building nice and to take care of any issues that arise. People with dogs are expected to keep them quiet (via bark collars if necessary) and it's been my experience that the vast majority are very quiet and respectful of those of us who don't have dogs.

Finally, if anybody who is complaining about having had their cars broken into in the parking garage had done even an ounce of research before parking down there or posting their review they would have known that the NUMBER ONE PLACE that cars get broken into is in underground parking garages! This is NOT unique to Creekside- it happens EVERYWHERE. Thieves seek out nice buildings with underground garages because they know that people who live in nice buildings have nice things. Don't leave valuables in your car and theives won't have an excuse to try to break in! Car alarms also help. Or you could just park outside, in the open- your car will have a much lower chance of getting broken into in the lot.

I would absolutely, positively recommend Creekside to anybody who is looking for a nice building that is close enough to the city to get all that it has to offer while remaining far enough away to have open spaces and QUIET. Great highway access is a HUGE plus.

Management probably wrote this! Creekside is terrible! Rent from others in the area!

Nope, not management. Just a happy Creekside resident with enough experience living in other buildings to appreciate all that Creekside is. I stand by my statements.
