Don't even think about it - The Management Staff is Intollerable

I have only been living at this property for two weeks. I wish I had read the reviews first. Now I'm obligated to suffer for an entire year. The parking garages are not uniform, I've been assigned a space that is sufficient for a geo - metro, and I drive a big body truck. When I attempt to park in the space that's included in my rent, I end up with huge cement scrapes alongside my vehicle. If you think you can politely ask for a new parking space, you can forget it! The management staff is so preoccupied with their day to day, that they forget tennants help pay their wages. The apartment is ok, but the bathroom needs some updating. The draining system is ancient. Hope you don't mind standing in a foot of water while showering. If you are reading this, please don't waste your time with this property. Don't take my word for it. Just read the next review. . .

As part of the management team at Creekside Apartments I would like to personally apologize for your recent experience with our staff. It is never our intent to make residents feel they are an interruption to our day; in fact, they are the reason for our day! One of the most frustrating things for management to handle regarding the garages at Creekside are the lack of variety of garage spaces we have available to our residents. When a new resident moves in, we are limited as far as which garage stalls are available, since most of the stalls are already assigned to current residents. We do try and accommodate residents when they request a different spot, however, it may take a month or two until an available spot comes up. In regards to your tub draining slowly, I don??t believe the problem is with the age of the drain, it has more to do with what might be in the drain itself. Usually tubs clog with hair and need to be cleared. Have you placed a work order with the management office? We strive to respond immediately to our resident??s requests and always attempt to complete them within twenty-four hours. I certainly hope your future experience with Creekside is on a more positive note, feel free to contact me with suggestions or concerns. I feel that while we may believe we do a good job addressing the concerns of our residents, we can always do better!
