Not Happy With Apartment

For the price, the apartment did not offer much. Parking was limited and the overall condition of roads and parking spots were below average. Apartment itself was adequate except for a non-functioning water softener. There is also no snow removal from sidewalks in winter. The roads themselves are plowed, but one would expect some snow removal for the price.
The main complaint, however, that I have with the apartment is with the management itself. After Fernbrook was bought by Stuart Management, the level of customer service dramatically worsened. They continually tried to overcharge me for rent when my contract stated a different value. They also charged me for an electric bill AFTER I had left the apartment. It was poor management all around.
I would NOT recommend them.
