Scary at best.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived at Four Seasons from June of 2003 until April of 2004. I had a ground level, one bedroom apartment. It wasn't too bad - until the apartment next to me was filled. I swear they were dealing drugs. People were in and out at all hours of the day and night. Twice we were awoken to some crackhead POUNDING on my windows at 2 AM. We called the cops the first time, but of course they never showed. After that I kept my 12 gauge shotgun next to the bed. The maintenance guy was very creepy, so creepy that if I knew he was stopping by, I'd make sure my wife was out of the apartment. The upstairs neighbor had a leak, so our ceiling was moldy/wet. His fix was to spray Windex on the mold. We also had a chipmunk somehow get into our apartment. I'm not sure how he got in, but it isn't much fun trying to catch one of those things. Overall I'd say there are MUCH better places to stay in the area, for about the same price range.
