Not good for man nor beast

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
The pool is only able to be used maybe 1/2 of season otherwise unsafe In Ad online they list garbage disposal and we have not seen a garbage disposal nor talked with anyone that has one in four years Office is not anxious to help with any problems I am tired of walking in dog feces on sidewalks and know the office knows whom it is and does nothing except send out letters about 10 times a month saying something will be done but nothing ever is. I do NOT recommend this complex
