This is by far thee ghetto of Plymouth!! A few weeks ago there were multiple gun shots in building 3601. A man shot his girlfriend. This is not the first time guns have gone off here. People pay rent in cash. What does that say' Feel free to smoke crack with your nieghbors till 5 AM and make as much noise as you want while doing it because nothing will be done about it by management. My rent checks were stolen multiple times and was never notified by management, just notified that I never paid my rent. I found out from the Police that they had a break in with their safe stolen on many occasions. This is a great place to call home if you enjoy being treated like crap. Not only is the management non responsive to issues the city health dept has to call them and come in multiple times to fix large leaks of water in bathrooms creating mold issues. Not their fault the buildings are old, but it is there responsiblity to fix the issues that come with a 60 year or building. The office staff will disgust you; not worth even considering you would be better off in a garbage can in North Minneapolis!

Let me guess. You also had to pay the late fees for not paying your rent on time.
