and I wish I would have earlier to warn potential future tenants within the last year to stay away from this place. I moved up here to live with a buddy of mine that kind of got stuck with this place for short notice from his work when he had to be relocated. The staff seemed friendly enough at first, but you soon find out that they will treat you like an idiot and try everything in their power to do as little work as possible. The blonde one dresses like a bimbo and won't acknowledge you until she's done making her nail appointment, the other one seems nice enough, but still feels pushy.

Some of the major events we experienced at our stay there...Our air conditioner broke in the heat of summer and we called the office everyday (sometimes twice) to get a replacement. Ended up waiting 3 weeks, we were told to use fans until they could "get around to us." It looked like the repairman needed that 3 weeks time to take a shower before he came over. When we finally got the "new" one is was twice the depth as the hole in the wall, so it stuck out and they didnt even have a cover that fit it. The electricity bills never came on time and when we finally got the one for a few months back it was $554!!! Seems the air conditioner they put in was one of those "energy saving" models. We got this bill after we moved out, the apartment said "you shouldn't have used the AC so much."

Let's see, we notified the apartments 3 months early that we would not be renewing to be nice and punctual...so they went ahead and took it upon themselves to take advantage of that and show our apartment nearly 3 times a week for 2 months straight! There were several occasions where we were not notified of the showing either, once I was even in the shower. They just went on showing like nothing was out of the ordinary, must have been how they do things most of the time.

As for the noise...hope you like rap, because that is all the general population of tenants listens to, and I guess they think that everyone around them must enjoy listening to the same damn thing for 8 hours in the afternoon. There were constant parties at the unit under us with people up all night jumping around and screaming. The police were called by us multiple times.

Speaking of police, I was accused of breaking into my own car 4 times and asked what I was doing on the premises about that many times as well. My roommates car was broken into (which surprises me since there was ALWAYS a cop car around) the 4th week living there and had $3000 worth of equipment stolen due to the fact that you have to park 50 yards from the door because everyone else apparently owns 12 cars per family, or the guests just never left. I know there were a few 2 bedroom units where over 10 people were living there. We told the staff (mainly because they took up a half of one whole parking lot) and they said that they had never had similar complaints. So I guess that means that we must be liars.

Sharing 3 washers and 3 dryers (1 that actually dried clothes) with a whole building was fun too. I would usually have to wait until around 1AM to start my laundry because they would ALWAYS be in use. Even then I guess people must have still been up because on multiple occasions our laundry was strewn out all over the floor and on top of the classy pop machines. Also in the laundry rooms are storage bins that are "secure" by a padlock and fiberboard doors. TWICE ours was broken into and boxes of electronics were stolen. Staff said "everyones doors are the same." Congratulations on having the eyesight to see that. You're a big help!

Overall this place was hell, we couldn't wait to leave...honestly the only place you could get worse than this is a refridgerator box, and even then you can move to a nicer, safer place.

""I know there were a few 2 bedroom units where over 10 people were living there. The office is well aware of this fact. They know it and don't care, even though it is illegal. Not that that will stop them. They don't do anything legally anyways.
