Living here on the first floor is an absolute nightmare. I was woken up, and kept up, by the upstairs neighbors almost EVERY morning and night that I've lived here for the last 10 months. The floors are unimaginably squeaky, and I was told by the office that there is NO INSULATION between floors. I can hear every footstep (LOUDLY) that the neighbors above me take, at all hours of day and night.

The condition of the actual apartments is terrible. The carpet in my unit was horrendous. I noted it on the move-in checklist and voiced my complaint with the office. I was promised twice that they would come look at at, which they never did. EVERYTHING about this apartmant- walls, ceiling, cabinets, closets, kitchen floor, bathroom tile -are in very poor condition.

The building hallways have stained, smelly carpet, dented walls that they patch but never bother to repaint. The lock on my building door is almost always broke, which means no security. Also, the buzzer system rarely works so (assuming the lock is actually functioning for a change), you have to walk out to let any visitors in. The few times I tried using the washers and dryers was to no avail. The washer had no spin cycle, and the clothes were still wet after TWO runs through the dryer.

I could go on and on about the office staff, their so-called "service" (or lack-thereof), and how they blatantly lie and steal security deposits, but hopefully the reviews here so far are enough to keep you from having to deal with such.

"The management is horrible. Beware of the money grubbing blonde woman who works as the manager. She is only here to take your money and could care less about the actual person." You could not be more right. You may think you won't encounter the manager at all, but with all the problems this building has, you do. She is rude, unprofessional and doesn't care about you or the well being of the her tennants. Look somewhere else.

This is sad, but VERY TRUE! Do yourself a favor and look else where. The management replaces office staff weekly do to the lack of care by the blonde bimbo manager. Everytime you call you are going to speak to a careless, miserable lady that can only think of herself and not the property or tenants she has. By the way, blonde bimbo is a DADDY co-SIGN. Meaning her and her sister had these properties handed to them. This must be why they have no care, they have never had to work for anything, but to keep disorderly tenants in their properties. She would talk about being able to here the people above the office having sex all day. Does this describe her professionalism or where the staff's mind is?
