This place has its moments and at first was fine, if you have large dogs they allow it, which lets face it is hard to find. However the management and staff is HORRIBLE!! They don t care about the tenants and offer nothing not even a sorry when you are put out. Recently this weekend there was a back up with the water to the extent of the problem details I don t know since they are offering no explanation. I was with out running sufficient, constant water for 24 hours when asked what they are doing to help us through this inconvenience time they said what inconvenience I guess not everyone needs running water or a place to go to the bathroom. They offered no answers each time I called to inquire if the problem had been fixed only a bad attitude and short snotty remarks. The only contact they made with the tenant was to put a piece of paper under the doors saying, don t use your water, problem being worked on. I had to leave my apartment and was unable to stay and didn t know when I would be able to come back. Monday morning I called to again inquire if the issue had been resolved and again I was treated with no respect, no sorry only spoken to like I was some idiot for not knowing the water actually started working late last night. They did nothing to contact the tenants even thought I had called multiple times letting them know who I was and requested that It be made known to me when I could return to my apartment. I would not recommend anyone to live here, it is hard to know what your getting into until you have actually lived in an apartment for sometime, heed my warning and look elsewhere. You will be doing yourself and your family a favor. THIS IS BY THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED and sad many other things are wrong with this place; the other warnings on this page are true.
