Management is a pain to deal with on ANY issue.I lived here two years as the price and location was right due to an Large dog I had. I had a couple issues with water coming in the apartment which were not fixed correctly. Even after requesting again, it was not fixed.

Not sure if Ms. Brummer is still the manager, but since I am writing this review near Halloween, she is comparable to a wicked witch. Rude, not willing to listen, and uncaring on any of your concerns.

Stains in the hallway carpet and honestly many of the residents didn't pick up after their animals. Too bad, as I liked the location... a few blocks off of Medicine Lake. That's it though. Look elsewhere. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

If you like no privacy, hearing every footstep of the people who live above you, including each little step a tiny little kick dog takes...if you like having no place to park and strange odors all the time...if you enjoy enduring 20 below winters with no heat cause they won't turn it on or fix it...then this is the place for you!!!!!
