For the most part I have like this residence. It is a nice location and usually quiet. There hasn't been any crime issues since we've been here. The only reason we are leaving is due to the fact that they told us they weren't going to raise our rent after the lease was up and the did, from 1245 to 1320! It is DEFINATELY not worth that kind of money. We moved into a townhouse with "new" appliances but because the water softner was so horrible the dishwasher and washer was worthless. After a few months we gave up and just did our dishes by hand and had to go through gallons of fabric softner just so our clothes didn't smell like hard water.
