Cheaply built, loud, and not worth the money

When my roomates and I first looked at this apartment, we were like "WOW" but we have only lived there approximately 4 months and my bedroom wall is cracking(you can see where the spackle was put to try and cover it), the knobs on my cabinets have fallen off numerous times due to cheap and wrong equiptment being used and the fire alarms have gone off 3 times, 2 times one night after another, due to cheaply made pipes which burst causing flooding. This apartment complex is only one year old and it is a hole in my opinion. We pay WAY too much money for the apartment. It is loud, you can hear everything and everyone, the staff does not get back to you promptly and the place is just falling apart. My recoomendation, along with many of my neibors is DO NOT COME HERE. We have 8-9 months left to live here and it will be the longest time!
