At first I thought that I hit the jackpot. On the surface, it is beautiful. However, quickly after moving in, I realized how poorly these apts are built and how unresponsive the management is. Once you sign on the dotted line, they forget you are their customer. They are generally rude and I have often been told that there is nothing they can due to rememdy the problems with the apartment. I wake up almost every morning around 3AM due to my neighbor coughing- I can hear it through the walls! The insulation is horrible and I always have a very cold draft in my living area. Don't do it!!!
